I tried on 2 computers. Does not work on Win7 SP1 and WinXP SP3 :cry:

BTW, did you try to re-map the path to the sound file? Don't see why the path should've changed with an upgrade - but, just a thought

I hope someone can benefit from it. : ) Sounds would not play for me either. Windows Ultimate x64. I tried everything people suggested but everything was fruthless. So without further ado, Go to Account ---> Sorting Office/Filters Sel ect "Incoming mail", right click and add "New Filter"; Name it as you like and in the Condition window choose ["Time of" - reception - is fr om ] and then put 00:00 to 23:00; In the Actions windows click Add and then choose "Play a sound"; Choose the wav file that you want and click OK; Sound should play now. P.S. Although this works perfectly, it is a workaround. This is still a bug and developers should look in to it.
