Once again, I found a severe bug just seconds after installing the latest version (v5.0.14): When there's two mails in the 'Inbox', and I delete one of them, the remaining mail suddenly gets a fake duplicate. If I change to the 'Trash' folder, then back to the 'Inbox' again, then the fake duplicate is gone. But if I try to delete the fake duplicate instead, the real mail gets deleted as well. The bug can't be reproduced by moving a deleted mail from the 'Trash' back to the 'Inbox', then trying to delete it once again.. It only happens with newly received mails. I've reported it to the bug tracker. (WinXP32/SP3) |
Was having something similarly weird with the 5.12 version which I subtly described in an above post as below:
" Email headers disappear and reappear - I'm not joking. Randomly and completely unpredictably, when you click on an email header to open (say, in the Inbox) the email opens, displays, then AUTOMATICALLY the next email in line (can't be sure whether the one immediately above or below) opens up and the one you opened closes. Then, when you go to Inbox, that email's header has also VANISHED. I then click on some other mailbox (lets say Outbox) and then back to Inbox and voila! - that header is back. NEW in Version 5. WTF ??????? "
