The Bat! plugin for Google Desktop, anyone?

Hello everyone,

Since Goodle provides a nice Google Desktop Search API for creating third-party search cartridges for additional types of data/files, an obvious question question rises.

Is there a possibility to make The Bat! mail archives (message bodies + attachments) available for external indexing? That could be some sort of real-time feeder/dumper, closely resembling similar tool for Miranda IM (http://addons.miranda-im.org/details.php?action=viewfile&id=1965).

Natively, GDS supports indexing of MS Outlook *.pst files, and some additional mail client bridges available as well (http://desktop.google.com/plugins)

It think this is a viable idea.

Any thoughts?

It works quite well even if for me, I don't know why, not all the directories are indexed. Quite slow to download but it works. Did you try that at Otions -> Preferences -> Plug-ins -> (Select plug-in) -> Configure __________________________________ I'm just a user of The Bat! I don't work for Ritlabs.
