Windows7 Can't reply mail and past test

It might help if you could give a few more details such as - 1. Version of TB 2. Version of Windows (details) 3. How did you upgrade Windows and from what previous version? 4. Did you re-install TB? If not have you tried doing that? 5. Do you receive mail? Can you send new emails OK? 6. Do you get any error messages? etc etc Then perhaps someone can point you in the direction of a potential solution.
