Delete images off my computer

Delete images off my computer, guys are sending pics using all my disk space

How do i erase all these pics fr om the bat folder are wh ere are they stored on the computer. I try to delete all the msgs in inbox but there is 40,000 and it takes a while and crashes my vmware.
