Email Template - Not being used, Template problem V5.3.8
I have setup my email templates for new emails, replys etc.

The reply template is being used but when I create a new email the new email template is NOT being used correctly. The email content (from the template) is being used but I have told the template to use HTML/Rich text, but when I click new I the template content appears in plain text.

Has any one seen this before and knows how to fix it.

I am running windows 7, 64 bit and Bat V 5.3.8

Have you enabled
Options -> Preferences -> Viewer/Editor -> Reply to HTML in plain tekst
That might be the cause.

It was not quite that but you pointed me in the right direction. While I did not have the "Reply to HTML in plain text" checked I did have the Default Editor for text: set to the microEd plain text option, so I have changed that to Html with plain text.And that has fixed the problem.
