Sorting columns colour, How to clear colour

As soon as a pick a sorting column I get a blue tint on the column. How to get the whole preview pane colourless? .

I get rid of it by going to PREFERENCES / MESSAGE LIST and near the bottom there is a slider that can adjust the blue from Maximum to none. Set it to none, click OK and that should remove it If I misunderstood your question, please post back

However if I increase the contrast the blue lines have the same power across the pane but if I decrease the contrast to very low the blue color is stronger in the chosen sorting colum.
