Email survey, comments/questions about email survey
 
Usually I skip 9 out of 10 surveys halfways either because they're poorly designed (contain errors, don't have enough options for answering a question satisfactorily, ). This one is one of the best I've seen for a long time, but still with problems:

1. you ask which price is reasonable for a new license/upgrade, but you don't state which version you refer to (Home/Pro).

2. With Yes/No questions, you should include a "Not Sure" or "Don't know" option is cases where relevant (e.g. "Do you intend to switch to another email client in the next 6 – 12 months?")

3. Some people don't want to reveal their gender, age or other personal data, so make questions of that kind optional.

4. Personally I can't answer the last two questions, as I haven't used other email clients for years (I imagine others haven't either).
 
Thank you! The comments that you have made are reasonable. We should have specified that the upgrade price is for the Pro version. As for the other suggestions, there are as advantages as the disadvantages, so let them keep as they are.
 
We have just modified the relevant questions to explicitly state that the price of the new licence and for the  upgrade is for the Professional version.
