Serial No for Ticket !
 
Hi,

I was creating a support ticket and it asked Serial which I got in the registration email.

where is it? I tried all three

1. cleverbridge reference number: XXXX
2. Product Key
3. Invoice No.

No one is working and no serial number/detail in purchase email.

then how to create a support ticket?
 
You could mark "Trial version" just below the box where it asks for the serial number.

If you have activated the program, you can find your serial number in Help | About (it's also in the message from Ritlabs with the key block that activates the program -- I assume that's what they mean by 'registration email').
