using 3.5 home registered

I downloaded the bayes filter cos i couldnt get bayesit to work (blacklist not remembered, and anyway, it never scanned, though properly installed etc).
But with this plug its even worse, when i add it to the plug in list in spam section, its all ok, it scan mails i mark as junk/not junk etc.
But when i close and restart thebat, its gone, i have to re-enter the path to the plugin etc, all gone

(this is with achims bayes plug, latest version)
