Think it only does one folder at a time.

Once you have defined folders, the import function for eml files should do what you want, but you may first need to convert Thunderbird folder contents to eml files. A good Thunderbird addon for that is at

As a recent convert to The Bat 8.8.9 but long term user of Thunderbird (now using version 6.7.1 32bit) I can confirm that this addon worked well for me, and I had a lot of emails to export. Create a sub-folder somewhere, and with the addon installed in Thunderbird, choose TOOLS >> IMPORTEXPORT TOOLS >> EXPORT ALL MESSAGES IN A FOLDER >> EML FORMAT then just choose the sub-folder of your choice and all will be sweet. Importing those messages into The Bat from there is easy. I moved back to The Bat because users of Thunderbird had been informed that as from version 6.8 many old extensions and addons won't work, so I figured it may mean, no encryption facilities. I reckon Ritlabs might do well out of the next Thunderbird upgrade. |
