Icons have black background

thbo Beginner Posts: 2 Points: 1 Rating: 0 Authority: 0 Joined: 23 May 2005	#1 0 23 May 2005 12:54:39 Hi, just installed 3.5 and noticed that the icons in the address book and the connection centre have a black background, as if transparency somehow doesn't work. Looks kinda unpleasant... With 3.0 all was fine. Any ideas? TIA Thomas Borowski

Try to update the driver for your graphics card. If this doesn't fix the problem, step down the hardware accelleration a little bit. __________________________________ I'm just a user of The Bat! The icons in connection centre still have a black background though. I'll try upgrading the graphics driver also. Thanks, Tom

But I really don't like to need to change my hardware acceleration because of my mail client! Is there to someone's knowledge a "workaround" glyph set available for 3.50 somewhere? Maybe just with transparancy removed for the ugly icons? Best regards, JP.
