Icon animation

I have just installed The Bat on my Win 10 system.
Had been using it on my Win XP system.

Many adjustments still to make.

I would like the icon at the bottom of the Windows screen to have some
animation like it did before when there are new messages that have arrived.

I am going into Options/Preferences/General/Icon animation when unread messages are detected

Is this the correct place to set this?
Because right now I don't see animation when a new message arrives.

Thanks very much Daniel. :)
The first link talking about making changes with the Win 10 task bar

did the trick!

Well I should have given it a little more time before claiming success.  :(
It works sometimes.
Very often now when messages come in there is no animation.
I will click on the un-animated The Bat icon in the task bar to open The Bat window
only to find unread messages there.
