move the toolbar up into the wasted space accross the top

I have just discovered that using menu icons for all toolbars restores the smaller sizes.

Workspace>toolbars>customize>options tab>checkbox.

Now to move the toolbar up into the wasted space accross the top.

Can you show by screenshot what are you have and what are you want?

Just unlock the toolbars if locked, then drag them via the 3 dots at the left side of the toolbar.  I had to drag and drop a few times to get it to dock in the right place but it works fine.
