Wrong display of symbols in the "Subject" field., If the answer was in other encoding than the reference - unreadable

(the Bat! v3.5.26)

The screenshot...

I get some mail from Mongolia.
The "Subject" line is lots of black rectangles instead of letters, those rectangles are groupped as if they were words.

Subject:
=?iso-8859-1?Q?Re:=20Re[2]:=20=CE=E1=EE=F0=F3=E4=EE=E2=E0=ED=E8=E5=20=E4=EB=FF=20=EA=EE=E4=E5=F0=E0?=
Precedence: fm-user
Organization: http://freemail.web.de/
Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

This is a snippet of the example mail.
The letter is an answer to the mine one which was win-1251 encoded.

Any ideas of what's going on here?
Should I send some more info about it?

Up!

n.a. n.a.!
Try 'Account Properties\Options\Allow 8 bit characters in message header'

I don't know about Mongolian, but this works to display Russian\Cyrillic in Subject (and other message headers) :)

It did not help.
The black rectangles are there still.

Works fine for cyrillic - now on v.3.64
There you just put "auto" under "mail management"
