is it somehow possible to disable the automatic setting of the character set when sending mails?
For example, if I set UTF-8 as the standard character set, but then only use ASCII characters, the mail is sent with charset=us-ascii.
Although ASCII is of course a subset in this case, I would like UTF-8 to always be used/specified in the header.
Is this possible?
