I already made payment. But I haven't received license yet
 
Hi,

 I paid on 18 Jan for TheBat Home edition.  Today is already 27 Jan.  I already sent 3 emails to CIF sales to follow up.  However, there is still no feedback.  My evaluation period almost expire.  Please help. :cry:

I can suggest two things.
1) Check your junk folder (whether it's local or at your ISP's) whether that contains your registration info. These automated mails have a bigger chance to end there than other stuff.
2) See http://www.ritlabs.com/en/about/contacts.php on the procedure to contact Ritlabs.

CIF was really slow for me, too - i would advise you just keep after them!
 
I can't believe it that over 2 weeks, the CIF still don't follow up my registration.  What horrible paying system! :evil: The Bat now refuse me to use evaluation now.  
The CIF staff yesterday just told me that he/she did not find my Paypal payment yet.  Why till to now, he/she did not answer me an email even though 4 emails sent.  I am urgent now, it affects my daily life now.

Contact Ritlabs (sales@ritlabs.com), explain your situation and ask for a temporary license.

After Yesterday oversea phoning to CIF, the registration matter finally resolved.  Really thank for your advice.
Now I can fully use The Bat! and explore its power now!  I like the bat all the ways.

CIF is a seriously horrible payment system.
 
I upgraded about a week ago and got my key back in a minute or 2.

Check the email address you used for typos and check your spam folder
 
I got the payment confirmation email from CIFnet without any problems. There's zero mails in my spam folder. I've checked.
