Can it be configured that a link would open in a new browser window?

Can it be configured that a link would open in a new browser window?, At present it replaces an already open window, which is a pain...

As I'm using a Dutch Windows version I'll try to give general directions for IE 6: Tools -> Internet options -> 'Advanced' tab -> Use screen again when activate URLs __________________________________ I'm just a user of The Bat!
