Does Ritlabs always delay in sending Licensing information?, My Colleague just purchased in Jan for a single Professional License
 
My Colleague just purchased in Jan for a single Professional License .he got a receipt from the online payment, .. his demo is due for expiry in another 5 days and he hasnt got any registration key ...

this is a bad impression , i got after convincing him that "the bat email client" is cool etc etc...

can these guys really speed on things ? like helpdesk?, Software licensing etc?
