Judging from complaints I read here, it seems that some versions that make it to "release" aren't all that stable. Is it asking too much from RITLabs for some provision to keep a few older versions available for download, along with advice as to which of these versions has been found to be most stable?
For 3.98, when I enter a rule on my firewall for The Bat, the "application" field in the firewall rules table describes this application as "The Bat! Email Client. Works with Windows Vista." The firewall is clearly getting this description from the program itself, since I certainly didn't enter anything about Vista. I hate Vista, I really object to seeing this kind of crap in the "program description" field, and I think it is just incredibly tacky. Couldn't we do away with this kind crap in the future?
