atached excel doesn't apeer as *.xls, why?

That has got nothing to do with The Bat!, it's because you're sending it with MS Outlook. That uses a proprietary format to send attachments. To other clients it appears a winmail.dat file.

You can convert/open it with fentun: http://www.fentun.com/

If I'm not mistaken, you download the program and drag and drop any winmail.dat files on it.

Since you're sending the stuff yourself, you could change something in your Outlook setup, but as I don't don't use MS Outlook, I don't know what there is to change.
