How to set color defaults for composing in HTML ?

How to set color defaults for composing in HTML ?, All I want is all outgoing emails a certain color text/Bkgrnd

I want all my outgoing emails to have a certain background color, text color. It's easy to set those colors when composing with the HTML editor, but it seems there should be a way to permanently set them. I just can't find it after looking for hours. Thanks for the help!

I just went through it again and the settings I placed before are still there, but when I click on the icon with the feather quill to compose a new message, the changes are not there. Any idea why? It says HTML only at the bottom, so I think I'm in the right editor. Thanks for your help!

I uninstalled The Bat!, ran a registery cleaner, reinstalled The Bat! without using the previous settings options and it started to work just fine. I think I'm falling in love!
