Irritating blue color in status bar - how to change it ???, Give the user an option to change this color !

It is irritating when I have, for example, grey theme of all Windows. How to change it? Give the user an option to do that!

With StyleXP it's the value of Values->General->Window->Captionbar->Fillcolorhint that controls how TB! colors the status bar...
