HTML incoming email problem, I see blank email in HTML

Many time per day I receive email without text, but if I switch to txt viewer I can see the email.

HELP!!!

I use the last version 4.1.9

if You open attached HTML in WWW browser, do You see content?

The HTML is blank also in the browser.

I receive also email where in the body HTML I have text like this:

but if I switch to TXT i can read the email.

if You see blank page in browser, then HTML is badly formatted probably.

send them as EML attachments to support@thebat.cz

I have sent 2 email with the the "broken" email in attachment.

Massimo, there is no text in HTML part, only badly formatted HTML, so nothing can be displayed and as I wrote, like web browser displays wrong HTML code, The Bat! does this too.

The senders use Windows Mail (for the second email with BODY { MARGIN: 5px) and The Bat! 4.0 (for the blank email).

The same email has sent to me (I use The Bat!) and a my friend (use Thunderbird).

We use the same provider. I don't see the HTML text (the email is blank) my friend, with Thunderbird, see the email without problem :(

mail is sent as Alternative, this means, rescipients mailer can choose which is able or is set to display.

The Bat! allows You to display both parts in tabs and You can set which tab either TEXT or HTML will be displayed first by default.

I am not sure, if Thunderbird displays both or displays one only.

But messages You sent have corrupted HTML part, there is nothing to display, really.

Hi Marek,
I have found the problem.

The Bat! and ESET ANTIVIRUS 3.0 make this problem (with Thunderbird and Outlook it's fine).

With ESET ANTIVIRUS 4.0 I haven't the "BROKEN" mail problem.

I write this for your support and to help others The Bat users with my same problem.
