Posted this to the support area, but no reply . Maybe someone ran into this and can give a helping hand.

After a normal computer restart, one of the 8 account I have in the bat is gone. the files seem to be present on disk, but I can't see the account in the program interface.

Instead, now I have an account with no name, empty inbox/outbox folders and a copy of the global folders in it.

Using on the fly encryption. Bat version is 4.0.38, on windows vista business.
