Where is my registration?

It's been well over 24 hours and an email sent to sales and support.

I'd like to get the registration key I paid for. In today's lighting fast digital world, it makes no sense to be ignored and requests not answered.

I have taken shareware sales since 1998 using license keys. If you plan to sell a product with digital keys, and take funds immeaditly, it should not take days to receive it.

Yes, I am a bit impatient with the nag screen coming up when I start the Bat since I registered, and I am trying to get other things done. But I think when emails go unanswered toward a purchase, then yes, I get frustrated as well.

This is a user to user support forum and definitely not the place to raise this kind of issues with Ritlabs. Please use the contact addresses mentioned here:
http://www.ritlabs.com/en/about/contacts.php

Did you check whether your registration info got caught by your spam filter? These things happen quite a lot these days.

I think it is since I have emailed them from the contacts page with no responses. So other than the contacts or here at the forum, do I get support??

Spamfilters been checked and it has not been caught.

Oh, and BTW, as the contacts page points out about if your having a problem with your key to email key@ritlabs.com, what a surprise, their email server responds with:

The following addresses had delivery problems:

<key@ritlabs.com>
       Permanent Failure: 553_5.3.0_<key@ritlabs.com>..._User_unknown
Delivery last attempted at Thu, 15 Mar 2007 19:41:22 -0000

Cory:
It is a great piece of software but they are not really "togeather" business wise. I have had similar frustrations with support. Roelof is a great help but he is right - no one will hear you in here
Try another support request

Thanks Rick, I sent an email to all the email addresses listed on the contacts page and finally got a reply, but it appears some of their email addresses are invalid.

In any event, I am now a happy camper and can finally move on.

The correct email address is keys@ritlabs.com , there is an error in the webpage and we will fix this soon.

Rick G!

You wrote that you had frustrations with support. Could you please forward these issues to me? Thank you in advance!

Just throwing my 2 cents in...  I also tried Bat and when I went to register it told me to purchase the product.  I gave my credit card, it was charged and here 4 days later, I still have not heard from them other than the email that said they were reviewing my order.  I will try the keys email and see if that gets any response.  I agree this may not be the place to post problems, but there sure as heck isn't any way to get support/help off of their web site.

Have your problem been resolved?

Yes, Maxim,
I did get a response today.  Thank you.
John

It seems to be a long-suffering pandemic. There are threads going back more than a year about slow distribution of the license key and it's still happening.
